Airports.

Impressive constructions built for planes to take off and land safely, but also, to receive its passengers.

As passengers, the airport is the last thing we see when we depart and it's our destination's welcome face.

Whether you are traveling for pleasure, business or else, the airport is where many important events take place. It's the place for a warm good-bye, a cheerful welcome, a last minute "I love you" or "Please don't go".

Next time you're at the airport, whether you are going or coming back, waiting for someone or saying 'good bye' try to open your eyes and see the many stories that are being written at the very same moment yours is.

Concorde.

Man's most beautiful bird.

Delta shaped, all white and sharpened as a needle, it used to cross the Atlantic at twice the speed of sound.

Its passengers were given with the gift of ubiquity, as they could take-off from London Heathrow at 9am and be in New York's Saks at 9am for breakfast.

On 2003 she took its last passengers to New York and back.

BA001 is now retired, resting from a long journey that started in 1969, when she first took-off and flew faster than the sound.

Magnificent as she is, she can be seen at many museums all over the world, proud, showing men what man can do.

Supersonic commercial flight has not concluded, it is on stand-by and will continue. Faster.
